Not talking about a special order either. I need a 24\u201d white shaker wall cabinet. 18 weeks total for a simple everyday cabinet with nothing extraordinary about it. No replies, no response, no reasons as to why. In the mean time my money is gone. I could have invested in a more reputable company but didn\u2019t. Learn from my mistake. They\u2019re unprofessional, unreliable and rotten to the core. I will be filling complaints with the proper authorities etc and I highly recommend you avoid these clowns. Heads up and clearly wishing I\u2019d just go away instead doing their due diligence to make this right in any way that\u2019s acceptable is jaw dropping. At best this business is likely a front or scam of some sort and with marijuana scent over powering the \u201cshow room\u201d (that would have embarrassed Building 19) and the employees (who likely as duped as we are) who have zero answers for the overwhelming incompetence of Mr. Ricci.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/span>I have been trying to get a receipt for a spa we purchased in 2020 and they do NOT return any calls. Call the manufacturer and the spa was never registered with them as being sold. So now I can not get a part that is needed to fix it. They also, never returned calls when the spa was only 5 months old when the control panel was not working. Very poor customer service.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
